Product description and application

Alloy 44 has a certain coefficient of linear thermal expansion over a certain temperature range. It is used to make Fe-Ni-Co alloy strip, bar, plate and pipe with hard glass matching sealing. It is suitable for electric vacuum devices such as emission tube, oscillation tube, ignition tube, transistor, tube seal plug and relay shell.

It is heated to 900± 20℃ in a hydrogen atmosphere, held for 1 hour, then heated to 1100±20℃, held for 15min, and cooled to 200℃ or less at a speed of no more than 5℃/min. 20~ 300 °C 20~ 400 °C
