Product description and application

GH4090 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed high-temperature alloy with a service temperature of up to 920°C. The alloy has high tensile strength and creep resistance, good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at 815℃~870℃, and has high fatigue strength under repeated alternating effects of cold and heat.

GH4090 has good processing and welding properties. Suitable for making aerospace turbine engine turbine disks, blades, high-temperature fasteners, clamps, sealing rings and elastic components, etc. The main products are hot-rolled bars, cold-drawn bars, cold-rolled plates, strips and cold-drawn wires.

GH4090 has been used to make high-temperature spring components, high-temperature fasteners, combustion chamber clamps, stop pins and other parts of aero engines. Similar brands are also used abroad to make aero-engine turbine blades, turbine disks and other parts. GH4090 has good anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance below 1040℃, and is prone to intergranular oxidation above 1040℃.
