GH3030 is a solid solution-strengthened high-temperature alloy with simple chemical composition. It has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800°C, and has good resistance to oxidation, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy becomes single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use. It can withstand large stress for long-term use in high temperature (600 ~ 1100℃) oxidizing atmosphere and gas corrosion conditions. It is used to make hot-end components of aviation and aerospace engines, and is used as high-temperature corrosion-resistant materials required in industrial gas turbines, energy, chemical industry and other industrial sectors.
