Product description and application

GH2132 alloy is an iron-chromium-nickel-based high-temperature alloy. It is strengthened by adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace amounts of boron. It has a high degree of alloying and extremely poor thermal conductivity, resulting in high cutting temperatures, high cutting forces, and severe work hardening. , especially the alloy has many hard points, the tool wear is serious, and the cutting cost is high. At present, carbide cutting tools are basically used for processing. For those with higher requirements on dimensional accuracy and roughness, centerless grinding is used. The alloy bolts and screws are currently mostly formed by hot heading, and a small amount are formed by cold heading. They have high yield strength, durability and creep strength below 650°C, and have good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. Examples of use: High-temperature load-bearing parts of aeroengines that operate below 650°C for a long time, such as turbine discs, etc.
