Product description and application

GH4141 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed high-temperature alloy. It mainly uses age-precipitated y' phase and MC carbide as the main strengthening phases. The service temperature is below 980°C. GH4141 has high tensile, durability and creep strength, yield resistance and fatigue resistance as well as good oxidation resistance in the range of 650℃~900℃. It is one of the plate alloys with the highest mechanical properties below 980℃. GH4141 has good machining performance and is suitable for manufacturing turbine disks, guide blades, combustion chamber plate bearing parts, turbine rotors, guides, tightening parts for aviation and aerospace engines that require high strength below 870°C and oxidation resistance below 980°C. Components such as firmware and high-temperature springs. The main products include hot-rolled and forged bars, plates, strips, wires, disc forgings and rings, etc.

GH4141 has been used to make the front and rear sections of the combustion chamber wall of aeroengines, the high-pressure turbine outer ring support ring and fixed ring, the high-pressure guide outer ring and inner support ring, the rear mounting edge of the sealing support ring, and the rear casing of the combustion chamber. , sealing sheets and fasteners, as well as rocket engine turbine rotors and other parts, the batch production and use are in good condition. Due to the high content of aluminum, titanium and molybdenum elements in GH4141, it is difficult to forge and open the ingot, but the plasticity is better after the ingot is opened. After annealing, the alloy can be cold stamped and spin formed. GH4141 can be welded by fusion welding and contact welding. Over-aging treatment should be performed before welding, or the cooling rate after solution treatment should be controlled before welding to avoid strain aging cracks during fusion welding.
