Product description and application

GH3625 is a Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy, with chromium, molybdenum and niobium as the main solid solution strengthening elements. The maximum service temperature is 950°C. The alloy has good tensile strength and fatigue resistance from low temperature to 980℃, and has good processing and welding process performance. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is resistant to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere. It is widely used in manufacturing aerospace engine parts, aerospace structural components and chemical equipment. The main products are plates, bars, pipes, wires, strips and forgings.

GH3625 has been used in the manufacture of aviation and aerospace engine casings, guide blades, mounting edges and cylinders, fuel manifolds and other components. GH3625 has a very low corrosion rate whether in a marine atmosphere or a non-marine atmosphere, and has good resistance to seawater corrosion. GH3625 is resistant to corrosion from various salt solutions and has good resistance to corrosion by nitric acid and phosphoric acid. It is also quite resistant to corrosion by hydrochloric acid heated below the boiling point and low-concentration sulfuric acid. The alloy will undergo certain age hardening after long-term use at 550℃~700℃, which can lead to some decrease in the plasticity of the alloy.
