Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct quality inspections on the company's products, including appearance, size, performance, etc., to ensure that the quality of the products meets company standards and customer requirements;

2. Responsible for the tracking, management and monitoring of product quality during the production process;

3. Responsible for timely resolution of technical quality problems arising during the production process;

4. Responsible for the transmission of quality information and the handling of quality abnormalities;

5. Monitor key control points in the production process, discover and provide feedback on quality problems in a timely manner, and collaborate with the production department to solve quality problems;

6. Develop and implement quality inspection plans and programs, and effectively monitor and record them.

Job requirements

1. Be familiar with and master various quality testing tools and instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, spectrometers, etc.;

2. Those with professional experience in materials are preferred;

3. Be careful, not careless, and accept outstanding fresh graduates;

4. College degree or above, with certain skills.
