Job responsibility

1. Organize production according to plan, maintain production order, and ensure the completion of process tasks as planned;

2. Monitor the whole process of production process and technology on site;

3. Assist in sorting out the inventory of production materials used in the process, and timely propose material requirements;

4. Supervise the production quality of products, organize records and save production quality information;

5. Found the process and quality problems in the production process, and reported to the leader in time;

6. Responsible for the daily operation of the workshop, including equipment maintenance, raw material procurement, personnel management, quality control, etc.

7. Other tasks assigned by the leader and other technical management related work;

8. Responsible for coordinating the work with other departments, including supply chain, sales, finance, etc., to ensure the smooth overall operation;

9. Monitor the production process, ensure product quality, and formulate corresponding improvement measures to reduce production costs.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above; More than 3 years of workshop management experience, production management experience is preferred;

2, metal materials, machinery, material processing, automation and other engineering technology related majors;

3, with good organization, coordination ability, with a certain degree of emergency handling ability;

4, skilled use of office software and production management software;

5. Able to work under pressure, have team spirit and good work ethic;

6. Good at calculating total cost and mastering purchasing skills.
