Job responsibility

1. Check and maintain equipment faults to ensure that the equipment can be restored to normal use as soon as possible;

2. Responsible for the technical evaluation of the new equipment, determine the maintenance plan and required parts;

3. Responsible for the maintenance, maintenance and transformation of the company's equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

4. Responsible for the daily inspection of the equipment to find potential faults and hidden dangers in time;

5. Responsible for sorting out and analyzing equipment maintenance records to form a fault diagnosis database for subsequent optimization of maintenance plans;

6. Responsible for coordinating the relationship with equipment suppliers to ensure timely and accurate supply of repair parts.

Job requirements

1. Mechanical, electrical, automation and other related majors, technical secondary school or above;

2. Have more than 3 years of work experience in machine repair, familiar with mechanical principles and common troubleshooting methods;

3. Ability to independently complete equipment disassembly, maintenance and assembly;

4. Familiar with machining, hydraulic, pneumatic and other equipment principles and common troubleshooting methods;

5. Familiar with common maintenance tools and instruments, such as multimeter, oscilloscope, vibrometer, etc.;

6. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to work with other departments;

7. Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, able to work under pressure;

8. Driver's license preferred.
